Throughout his tenure at Verizon, Samuel also led Data Science teams that introduced 3G and 4G networks, including deploying the first American 4G only data network in Alaska. He has led global technical teams in various regions, including Asia, Budapest, Dubai, Europe, and India. Notably, Samuel has been involved in the development of smart cities technologies and data quality solutions. In 2022, Samuel retired from Verizon Communications and embarked on a new venture in partnership with leading investment firms. He founded The Cross Function Group, a company that specializes in technology development, data quality, process automation consulting, media, and Ecomm solutions.

As the Founder of The Cross Function Group, Samuel is currently working on integrating various systems and processes to automate and streamline a business’s workflow, generating revenue and productivity.
